Capone was never convicted for murder , but now you can easily tell he ordered the deaths of many people. One of the most famous examples of this was the Saint Valentines Day Massacre. On February 14, 1929 Capone sent four of his men two of which were dressed as cops to a George "Bugs" Moran's (a rival gang leader) alcohol distributor. The objective of this was to kill George Moran. Capone's men waited on Moran to arrive, but got impatient and went in. Moran arrived as he saw Capone's men dressed as cops storm into his distributor, so Moran hid in his car. Once Capone's men got inside they ordered everyone to line up against the wall. All of Moran's guys thought this was an alcohol bust and did what they were told. Once all of the men lined up against the wall Capone's men opened fire with two Tommy-guns and two 12 gauge shotguns. After about a minute of constant shooting Capone's men ran back to their car and drove off. Capone who always had an alibi was in Florida at the time this happened.
